Domestic Shipping

Orders will be packed and ready for pick-up typically within 3 - 6 business days.
If your order is urgent, please leave a note at checkout so we can prioritise your order. 
Estimated delivery: 3 - 6 business days (from pick-up date).
Regular, Express and remote shipping with Australia Post.
 

Pick Up

We provide a pick-up option for local customers who live in Naarm (Melbourne) at our flagship store in Fitzroy — 65 Johnston St, Fitzroy 3065. For pick-up times, please check our opening hours on either Google or Instagram. 
Pickups are typically ready within 24-48 hours from purchase.
 

International Shipping

Worldwide delivery available. Delivery times may vary for international customers.
Estimated delivery: 7 - 15 days (from pick-up date).
Prices are calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for any customs charges/taxes/import duties. Shipped with Australia Post.
 

Returns

All sales are final. No change of mind.
To start a return, you can contact us at candyslingeriee@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
 


Refunds
Refunds are only accepted if the item is damaged. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 
 


Exchanges
We offer exchanges at your cost.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages / Issues
Please note that our items are deadstock from 20+ years ago and have been in storage for extended periods of time. Slight wear and tear may be due to this.

Any major defects will be mentioned to the best of our ability, but if we have missed any, the item will be eligible for a refund once it is returned.
This is only valid for 24hrs after you have received your item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

There may be some inconsistencies due to items being deadstock. Please note this when purchasing more than one of the same item or if the item looks slightly different than pictured.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as bodysuits and underwear.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
