All orders are hand packed with love at home. Based in Melbourne, Australia.

If your order is urgent, please leave a note at checkout so we can prioritise your order. 

Shipped worldwide with Sendle.

Express and remote shipping are shipped with Australia Post.

Items are shipped with tracking.

 

Pick up:

We provide a pick up option for local customers who live near Melbourne, Reservoir, 3073.

Window for pick up is between 11:00AM - 6:00PM

Pick ups are ready within 24 hours from purchase.

Pick up address will be sent to your email.

Please let us know when you plan on picking up and direct message or email us 5 minutes before arrival.

Details will be provided after your order is placed.

 

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide!

Delivery times may vary. Prices are calculated at checkout.

Please keep in mind there are currently some restrictions due to Covid-19.

We are not responsible for any customs charges/taxes/import duties.

 

Sustainability:

Packed with 100% compostable, eco-friendly packaging using Hero Packaging and The Better Packaging Co. (May not apply to smaller items such as underwear)

Our primary courier is Sendle, Australia's first 100% carbon neutral delivery service.

 

Insurance:

Items below the cost of $100 will have shipping cover (not applicable for express/remote area services).

 

Lost Packages:

If an item is lost or damaged during transit, we are not responsible, however, we will do our best to help investigate the situation.
